American Idol announces auditions in 20 cities

American Idol has just announced that it will hold auditions for its second season in 20 cities across the United States. The reality-singing competition is back for a second season of its reboot on ABC!

Following the success of the first season, which crowned Iowa-native Maddie Poppe on its May 21 grand finale, America’s beloved singing competition series announced today the list of audition cities for the network’s second season.

The Idol Bus hits the road on August 25, starting in Orlando, Florida, but auditions will also be held in cities like San Diego, California; Albuquerque, New Mexico;  Seattle, Washington; Chattanooga, Tennessee; and Austin, Texas.
