Chris Brown’s lawyer: ‘Accusations against him are fabricated’
As we told you some days ago, Chris Brown was arrested late Tuesday afternoon (Aug30) on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Brown always claimed to be innocent, but now it’s his lawyer Mark Geragos to open for the defence.
Geragos replies to Baylee Curran (the woman who called the police denouncing the singer) saying that her allegations are “fabricated”. Moreover the lawyer said that his 27-year-old client has “cooperated fully” with law enforcement officials. He is also dismissing Curran’s account of the events that resulted in Brown’s arrest.
This statement comes out also because, according to Geragos, police officers did not find any firearms into Brown’s house.
Chris, who is free on $250,000 bail, will be arraigned at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center on September 20th.
