From Chris Martin to Brad Falchuk: Gwyneth Paltrow ready to get married again
Yes, it’s not a joke: Gwyneth Paltrow is officially engaged to television writer-producer Brad Falchuk. The 45-year-old actress and lifestyle guru announced the engagement Monday morning (Jan. 08) on Instagram.
The couple – that have been linked for about four years – shared a black and white pic of them embracing and she used a diamond ring emoji as the caption. Paltrow’s publicist, Stephen Huvane, confirmed that the pair’s engaged.
It will be the second marriage for both Falchuk and Paltrow. Who can forget the actress was romantically linked to the handsome, sensual and beloved siger Chris Martin? Paltrow has also two children with the Coldplay frontman and their separation is the central issue of the band’s album “Ghost Stories”.
As a matter of fact the project, released in 2014, was inspired by Martin and Paltrow’s split in 2014, as he himself claimed several times.
The 45-year-old actress, who famously described her 2014 separation from her first husband Chris Martin as a “conscious uncoupling”, confirmed the engagement with Falchuk in an interview for the latest edition of her lifestyle magazine Goop.
“I have tried to accept how complex romantic love can be. I have decided to give it [marriage] a go again, not only because I believe I have found the man I was meant to be with, but because I have accepted the soul-stretching, pattern-breaking opportunities that [terrifyingly] are made possible by intimacy,” she said.
