Country singer Daryle Singletary dead at 46
American country music singer Daryle Singletary, famous for hits like “I Let Her Lie” and “Amen Kind of Love”, died Monday (Feb.12) at his home in Lebanon, Tennessee. He was only 46.
The cause of death for the Georgia native has not been identified and a rep for the singer told Fox News in a statement that “it is pending.”
Daryle Singletary Singletary had last performed on Friday at The Rodeo Club in Alabama, and had toured throughout the US in the months before his death.
Singletary’s fellow country singers took to social media to express their condolences, such as Craig Campbell, Storme Warren, Neal McCoy and Trent Tomlinson.
He is survived by his wife, Holly, and four children: 7-year-old twin boys Mercer and Jonah, 5-year-old daughter Nora Caroline and 3-year-old daughter Charlotte Rose.
