Elvis Costello performs ‘Alison’ on ‘Kimmel’, watch here

Last night (Jan. 11) English musician, singer-songwriter, and record producer Declan Patrick MacManusbetter known by his stage name Elvis Costello, was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, the American late-night talk show, created and hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, and broadcast on ABC.

Costello played a tender, stripped-down version of his 1977 classic “Alison” with some help from two backup singers. The song, written by and first recorded by Elvis Costello in 1977 for his debut album ‘My Aim Is True’ on Stiff Records, never charted.
