Fan stabbed at Pusha T concert
A man is in life-threatening condition after he was stabbed during a Pusha T concert at Toronto’s Danforth Music Hall on Tuesday (Nov.20). Toronto Police Constable David Hopkinson said three others were treated at a hospital for minor injuries while the patient who was stabbed remains in critical condition.
The show was interrupted late Tuesday after people in the crowd threw their drinks at the rapper and attempted to rush the stage. There was a terrible fight and some time after the fighting ended, a man walked into a nearby hospital with serious stab wounds.
Investigators then determined that he was stabbed at the concert “in either the initial fight or another fight that may have occurred afterwards,” Hopkinson said.
Pusha T returned to the stage after the melee and said people were hired to throw beer at him. The main suspect seems to be Drake, that could have paid the beer throwers to disrupt the concert. A representative for Drake declined to comment on the concert brawl.
The public feud between the two rappers has been ongoing for over a decade, but heated up and became personal earlier this year when Pusha T outed Drake as a father in his song The Story of Adidon and accused Drizzy of using ghostwriters in another song.
