Florida Georgia Line sing with Backstreet Boys – watch here
On Saturday night (Sep24) country stars Florida Georgia Line invited the Backstreet Boys to share a surprise duet with them at the iHeartRadio Music Festival.
Florida Georgia Line and Backstreet Boys were part of a lineup of favorites from across the radio dial at the festival, including U2, Drake, Billy Idol, Britney Spears, Usher and Sam Hunt. During their set at the T-Mobile Arena, ‘The Cruise’ hitmakers broke out into the chorus of the boy band’s hit ‘Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)’.
It was not the first time the country duo sang the song, since they had covered it multiple times on tour. The difference was that this time, they unexpectedly introduced Brian, Nick, Kevin, AJ and Howie to the stage to join them.
The American bro-country duo consisting of vocalists Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard introduced the boy band on stage by reminiscing about their first concert and purchased CD — ‘The Backstreet Boys.’
After Florida Georgia Line finished their performance, the Backstreet Boys returned to the stage for a mini-set, singing ‘I Want It That Way’, ‘As Long As You Love Me’, and ‘Larger Than Life.’
