Here’s The Weeknd’s new track “Starboy”, featuring Daft Punk – listen here
On Wednesday (Sept21) The Weeknd, aka Abel Tesfaye, revealed the title and artwork of his upcoming album and also shared the title track ‘Starboy’, wich features Daft Punk.
The track highlights Daft Punk’s influence on the soundscape, while The Weeknd sings “Look what you’ve done, I’m a motherfucking starboy.”
The cover features a photo of the singer/songwriter shot by photographer Nabil Elderkin, and Tesfaye shows a new haircut. As regards the album – the follow-up to 2015’s ‘Beauty Behind The Madness’ – it is expected to drop on November 25th via Republic Records.
According to iTunes, the album will have 18 tracks and “False Alarm” is the only other song title listed. You can listen to ‘Starboy’ below.
