Justin Bieber facing arrest in Argentina
Justin Bieber has been formally indicted on suspicion of committing robbery causing minor injury. According to GossipCop, the singer risks facing arrest should he enter Argentina.
Bieber and his legal team are planning to appeal this indictment, which dates all the way back to 2013, when Bieber was accused of ordering his bodyguards to rough up a photographer and take his camera while exiting a Buenos Aires nightclub.
It’s not a good news for Bieber since Argentina is by far the biggest market and his biggest fan base on the continent.
“Argentinian beliebers I would like nothing more than to bring the #purposetour there but until the legal conditions change there I can’t,” the singer wrote on Twitter, adding “If things were to change I would love to come but at this time I cannot. For everyone else in South America I look forward to seeing you.”
“Argentina I do love you,” he concluded, “It is in fact one of my favorite places to tour. I wish this was not the case. My lawyers say it is what it is.”
