So Octave is in some serious trouble with the law again: in 2015 he was arrested in Pompano Beach and charged with robbery, battery, false imprisonment of a child, and possession of cannabis. In April 2016, the rapper was arrested in Florida and charged with possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, possession of cannabis, and fleeing from officers.

The following month, Octave was arrested and charged with armed robbery and false imprisonment. He was detained in custody. In February 2017, Octave was arrested again for violation of his probation. He was held without bond and his musical tour was postponed.

As for yesterday, the No Flockin hitmaker has been arrested on 7 charges in total, including grand theft of a firearm, possession of marijuana over 20 grams, and neglecting a child to name a few. There are also two charges for possession of a weapon or ammo by a felon and two probation violation charges as well.

Kodak Black,  who has 5 million followers on Instagram and regularly shares videos and pictures of his son, was being held at the main Broward County jail in Fort Lauderdale. A live video was published on his Instagram account with audio of an argument about whether or not he needed to turn in his cellphone to authorities.

“Your phone’s part of the search warrant. You’re not going to get your phone back,” a man could be heard saying in the story video, which was going viral and quickly getting duplicated on social media.
