Korn singer Jonathan Davis’ wife, 39, died of an overdose
Almost two months ago, Deven Davis, the wife of Korn frontman Jonathan Davis died aged 39. The former adult actress death was determined to be accidental after the autopsy found five different drugs in her system.
Legal documents acquired by TMZ now reveal that Deven had a combination of cocaine, heroin, fluoxetine (an antidepressant), topirimate (nerve pain medication) and clonezepam (used to treat anxiety) in her system after her death.
Last month, Jonathan Davis made an emotional return to the stage with Korn as the band played three shows to celebrate the 20th anniversary of their multiplatinum album Follow the Leader. During one gig, he told the audience that “4U” was his wife’s favorite song.
Jonathan and Deven married in 2004, and the couple had two kids together. The Korn leader filed for divorce in 2016 – 12 years after they got married – citing irreconcilable differences.
