*NSYNC to receive star on Hollywood Walk of Fame
*NSYNC was an American boy band formed in Orlando, Florida in 1995 famous for hits like “This I Promise You”, “Bye Bye Bye”, “It’s Gonna Be Me”, “Girlfriend” and many others.
Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Chris Kirkpatrick, Joey Fatone, and Lance Bass – who sold over 70 million records all over the world – will have their name permanently cemented in Hollywood history.
In fact, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce announced on Tuesday (Mar. 20) that the band will receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame on April 30. The star will be located at 7080 Hollywood Boulevard near the corner of La Brea, where they will join other boy bands who have already been honored, including Backstreet Boys, Boyz II Men, New Kids on the Block, and New Edition.
If you can’t be there for the occasion, don’t worry: fans will be able to live-stream the reception, which starts at 11:30 a.m. PT, at walkoffame.com.
