Red Velvet drop ‘I Just’ music video

South Korean girl group Red Velvet have just shared the music video to their latest single “I Just”. The song was already given to the radio three months ago as the third track of ‘Perfect Velvet’ (released November 17, 2017).

Upon its release ‘Perfect Velvet’ became the girl group’s fourth album to top the World Albums chart, making Red Velvet one of only four K-pop groups, and the only female act, to see so many albums top that chart.

Since then, the quintet released an extended version of the album called ‘The Perfect Red Velvet’, led by the single “Bad Boy.”

As regards “I Just” it is a pop song with a futuristic bass and distinctive synth sound composed by Aventurina King, Kim Boo-min, John Fulford with arrangement by South Korean EDM artist and DJ, Hitchhiker and its Korean lyrics written by Kim Boo-min.

The song showcases the girl group’s individual color tones through the verses, especially Wendy who is given a chance to explore her vocal range. All five unite for the harmony-heavy chorus.
