    On Tuesday Mel B confirmed Spice Girls will appear in public as a band on May 19, when Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will tie the knot at Windsor Castle. The pop star let slip the news while serving as a guest co-host on Los Angeles-based talk show The Real.

The Spice Girls reunited in London today for the launch of the new musical ?Viva Forever?, which will feature their hit songs. With all five band members appearing at the launch today, it marked the first time since their reunion tour in 2008 that Victoria Beckham, Geri Halliwell, Melanie Chisholm, Emma Bunton and Melanie Brown have appeared in public together. ?Viva Forever? has been conceived by producer Judy Craymer, who is responsible for ABBA musical ?Mamma Mia?. Comedian Jennifer Saunders has written the script, which will follow the story of a girl named ?Viva? who appears on a reality TV competition. The show will feature 18 Spice Girls hits, including their nine number ones.
    Spice Girls met up last week for the first time in almost six years to discuss future opportunities. Now the girl band confirmed reunion and is reportedly considering launching their own record label. The idea of a Spice Girls record label was raised by Mel C, The Sun reports.

    For nearly two years, Billy Corgan has been talking up the possibility of a reunion of the original lineup of the Smashing Pumpkins. Now it could be coming closer to a reality as he posted a picture of himself, guitarist James Iha and drummer Jimmy Chamberlin in the studio to his instagram account.
