Tame Impala announce live return
Tame Impala have announced their first live date of 2018, confirming that they will play Spain’s Mad Cool Festival in summer 2018.
Following on from the announcement of Pearl Jam as the festival’s first headliner, Mad Cool Festival has announced a massive 31 new names for its 2018 edition, such as Tame Impala and Franz Ferdinand.
Other acts to be not missed are Depeche Mode, Kasabian, Justice, MGMT, Massive Attack, Nine Inch Nails, Queens Of The Stone Age, Snow Patrol and Alice In Chains.
Tame Impala last played live at Panorama Festival in New York during July. Now, they’ve confirmed they will hit the road again in 2018. Kevin Parker and band will play the Madrid festival – which runs in July from Thursday 12 to Saturday 14 – on July 12.
Mad Cool Festival 2018 will also see the festival lay new roots, with the reinforcement of the festival’s commitment to electronic music, seeing the likes of The Bloody Beetroots, Maya Jane Coles, Erol Alkan, Sofi Tukker, Fatima Yamaha and Polo & Pan take the stage.
